I've played golf in Riyadh at 48C and got by but that was a dry heat. I've played in Dubai at 37C with 80% humidity and that was worse. Sapping. Combine the two . . . Woof !
Is it not usual to install a few split a/c's or 10 . . . ?

We have splits in every room, and 03kv on the roof, so they cost nothing to run when its sunny.. Fortunately...
. But its still a bit like being a prisoner in your own home when its like this...
