Shirl just read a post from one of the Orlando owners forums.
She asked, "If you were having issues with the electronic front door lock at your villa, would you,
1. Contact the Manco ?
2. Contact the villa owner?
or,
3. Kick the door in, doing upwards of $2,000 of damage?

Any ideas please?

Well I thought you would have instructions for visitors in the welcome pack of what to do but I would have least used some common sense to contact owner or there local representative or even a tradesman and see the owner about it later in a situation like this option C would have to be a very last resort.

We assumed there was an emergency key box outside like we have. The trouble is guests leave all the numbers for security , safe, alarm, doors etc. and key box in the villa and then when they go out they're helpless. I have all the numbers on my phone under various tabs.
