Now you see that combo works and is nice, full Camel is just horrible

Wish I had some interior photos of my E39 525d, of which the interior colour must have been listed in the brochure as "vomit". The first time I looked at the car I almost closed the door and walk out of the dealers. It was an odd mixture of good old beige and a slightly darker caramel on the dash, with wood inlay everywhere.

But after test driving it, I bought it - damn that engine was torquey :ymdevil:. Took me a couple of weeks to stop wincing every time I got in it, but eventually I couldn't imagine the car without it. Funny how things work out.

Yep, probably more drivers out there than you could shake a stick at been in the same predicament, it does grow on you this beige thing, not my first choice but wouldn't change it for the world now I'm used to it. Would really!! Red and black is what I've hankered for.

I like the pedals, waiting for a reasonable priced set with a foot rest

I don't know why people get mad, because the M badge is not exclusive to pure //M models, it is also the brand logo of M sports accessories, so you will always get M logos on all variety of BMW if they upgraded to mtech accessories, such as the carbon pack etc. that's the reason the M logo is all over every Z3 and not just the MRoadster, as the sports steering wheel, gear knob etc all carry the M logo.

Seriously, if I could get a job in England for a year or so I would go there and buy a car so I can import it back to Australia with no issues. In fact, I would buy one in my wife's name as well so I could sell it off!

Sooooooo cheap over there.
