I tell my kids how it must have been back in those days, don't think they'll ever realise how lucky they are to be growing up in this day and age.Don't forget that in the good old days petrol was cheaper, but wages were lower too. Being born in 1940, I am a member of the first generation to have a disposable income. The generation before, struggled to put food on the table and keep a roof over their heads. We also all came from single parent families. Our Fathers were away for the first 5 or 6 years of our lives.
Spot on Tony.It doesn't want to come any lower, it's costing people their jobs.
We have been ripped off for long enough.
LOWER IT AGAIN
