Pointing out that Norway can enact this is somewhat side-stepping some of the key facts. Norway already has sufficient hydro-electricty generation that it could afford to give away electricity for free to power every car in the country.
Migration away from fossil fuel needs a strategy to produce the power in the UK to replace those carbon fuels. How is Corbyn going to do that without extensive increase in Nuclear power. Ha - Square that one Jeremy!

But, at least if it fails, we know Lee is well capable of whipping the back axle off and renewing the bushes
