Evening all,

Still on the look out for the E85/E86 and found a nice coupe with lots of options, what seems strange to me is that it was built in August 2008 but not registered till March 2009! Is this normal? I know it was towards the end of the production line for E85-86 so the car might have been sitting around waiting to be sold!

I don't know about normal, but it's certainly not unheard of for cars to spend time sat at the docks or at distribution centres.

Few months I understand but 8 months, seems too long to me but as you said probably with new model due at the time, these were left behind!

When I was still in the car trade back to the mid 80's at a Chrysler/Peugeot/Talbot dealer they often made "special" models from old stock which had bee standing around by adding various decals and extras etc.
So, no it's not unusual at all.

Tony.
