if you are speaking about the wheels, they are either:

Winter wheels with winter tyres

Temporary whilst others being refurbed

And I am not bothered about the two tone ether, does not look bad .... as said above, each to their own.

I have today removed the winter tyres on black steel wheels from my X1,and reinstated the alloys and summer tyres.
In fact the black steelies look good on the black car.
