Is the Z3 a "classic car" ?

The 75 is a classic, drives faultlessly.

Glides and has old fella road presence.

In my state, it's 25 years:
"A Historic Motor Vehicle plate can be obtained for a vehicle that is at least 25 years old..."

Occasionally cars become "classic" in their own lifetime.
The Lotus Elise is one example. Although the Lanchester/MG/Triumph etc owner's club might disagree.
If a car is "interesting" for example the Z3 particularly the M version, most TVR's, some Alfas, Fords with "Cosworth" in the name it seems they rise in desirability about ten years after production ends.

It's a pretty big mind as well Jim, if I were to compare to a country I would say Canada, just without the snow, as it is always sunny in my mind...........have you seen the first signs of Snow yet?
 
If Snow were the name of my Zed then no. The last I heard it was in Toronto after 15 days. It's now day 19 on a delivery that was supposed to be 7-10 days. And, we've had the best summer in years with 6 sunny days in a row with some rain and not a hint of snow. I might have to get HT to come up with a cheerier avatar, if that's possible. With my luck my car will finally get here and the weather will go for a crap but at least I have the hardtop on it and hopefully the wipers and heater work. We Canadians aren't afraid to get our cars wet like some others are, it would seem. JIM
