Good afternoon. I'm new to the forum. I'm the owner of a 2002 Z3 3.0, 100K, that I purchased for my wife to enjoy in Ct. It is a Florida car that I'm sure has had a few interesting moments (belly rubs) by the prior owner(s). Already replaced the lower control arms, rebuilt a leaking steering rack, and am current diagnosing poor heat. I was lean toward a stuck thermostat, but I may have a defective new thermostat out of the box- I can blow right through it- unless BMW engineered these to past coolant thru a 1 mm gap closed). So goes the world of cars.
