Hello, similar to an AA meeting, Hi my name is Rob and I love my Z3. Its a 1997 2.8 I have rescued it from being broken and nursing is gentle back to something special. Since I got it in November 2015, I have replace the soft-top, it was leaking badly. Repaired the electric seat mechanism so it lowers, I can fit now being over 6 foot. Full Service and its now my daily driver. I am looking with the support of this forum to achieve the following before summer.... Summer is before July...
Driver side window regulator not working..sourced part but needs fitting
Driver Side wing mirror needs replacing, currently glued on, it corroded I believe
Flakey paint on the bonnet needs sorting
Cat Back System, need to hear that engine
Wind deflector
Upgrade the Harman KardonSpeakers
Improve Stance
Poly Bushes
M50 Inlet Manifold Conversion


Or sell the car and buy one with all the mods done lol.
I need your help, so if your around the Kent, Maidstone area and can help in anyway, I will be glad to hear from you with advice or any tips to help bring back my Zed to her former self, perhaps better that....Then we can also chat about a Morgan am hoping to buy when am a lil older say 50. Enjoy the forum and the car, a cat back system on a straight 6 sounds great couple it with a good air filter and the M50 conversion and it will be fantastic !

Hello Wookee, it is hard being tall, I went for the Alfa GTV but gave that up. Z3 is a revelation. How far along are you with your project?
