insurance renewal

Mine came down this year too (-15%)...but it's still nowhere near as low as it was before the 80% cumulative rise.

320D was a 74% rise over the same period but came down 1% this year.
 
Due to a hit and run in a Garden centre car park breaking a headlamp and bracket and a bill for £4800 on my daily my insurance as shot up on the Z4, although the MGB went down. First claim in 25 years did shop around ended up going with the renewal at £355 through Howdens. My current insurance (RAC) on the daily wanted £965 for the Zed. God knows what the renewal will be on the daily!

Sharp intake of breath: £4800!!! What?!? How is this possible?!? You could buy a second hand Z for less!!!

i had to buy a xenon (sic) for my 08 z4 as mine got damaged, i got it from BMW germany , and it cost me around £420 delivered. how the hell was your 2 large??
 
Mass production should bring unit costs down or is this a one-off bespoke item @Paul Rice ?
 
All our policies Z4. F56 Mini, XC70 are down on last year..not by much but down..

It was for my Daily 320 GT with laser lights auto dipping etc. I replaced both headlights on my E85 with non oem for £500
