Hi does any one have any recommendations what is the best paint to paint the inner sills on my Z3? is it Hammerite or an epoxy based seam sealer

I didn't paint mine just lots of waxoyl.
I did mine last month.
Cleaned the old corrosion off with a wire cup on an angle grinder, treated with Bilt Hamber Hydrate-80 followed by a coat of zinc primer.
Then covered the inner sills and the inside of the new outer sills in loads of waxoyl before putting back together.

I did mine 4 years ago, removed rust with polycarbide disc (from Screwfix) then used Bilt Hamber for surface treatment followed up with Hammerite primer then about 3 coats of Hammerite smooth black. Then to finish off my paint guy injected Waxoyl in cavities.

The sill covers were also treated with Waxoyl on inside.
All good for a good few years I'm sure.

bilt hamber products, they do lots of different coatings and waxes. top notch stuff
