Individual What?

Washed T86 KJF today and noticed this badge in the engine bay in addition to the one that confirms the colour as Montreal Blue.
Just wondered if all the Z3's have this or if the individual nomenclature is referring to something specific - putting the 7 digits of the VIN in a decoder doesn't seem to throw anything up that isn't already apparent.
Can anyone help / confirm?

No, it's a special version which will have had 'extras' from new.

There are individual editions of the Z3 such as the Mora or Fiji versions, then there are the ones where they have been built to the purchasers spec making them 'individual' to them.
Mine is also an 'individual' due to having a blue hood rather than bog standard black.

That must be it - mine came spec'd with the dark blue hood like yours and also returns the following option when you decide the VIN also like yours:
