Found Inclination tilt sensor Z3 2001

Hi
I’m looking for a inclination sensor that is found in the left hand side bootwell if anyone has one?
reference DWA 65.75-380 746.9

looked all over and can’t seem to find one.

If it looks as though it hasn't been submerged I would think there's a good chance it would still work.

That’s how mine has bitten the dust. Not much fun driving round with the top down and the alarm going off lol

Assuming that it doesn’t need to be “coded” to the car Andy, would it be possible to swap with a known good one on another car?
That way you could sell them knowing they work?

They don’t need coding @t-tony, just plug and play however you do have the option to calibrate these using software if required.

Thank you Brian. I never had to get involved with that on my Z3. Had to delete the air bag light on mine again though. It came on yesterday in the Peaks.

Thanks Its worth a go. Isn't that an E46 one as the numbers I have on mine are different? DWA 65.75-380 746.9 or do they work in any car? Sorry not really gen'd up on these things
