Or ourselves & Ken & Linda Nugent finally meeting up for a run out together on Wednesday afternoon. Ken & Linda took the lead in their lovely Oxford Green Z3 heading out of Bedale towards Leyburn. Along the road to Leyburn we caught up with an MX5 & so for a while had a roadster convoy but eventually being in the presence of such automotive excellence became too much for the Mazda & it turned off. Just before Leyburn we turned off towards Middleham driving through Middleham & stopping at Brimore Ice cream for some much needed refreshment & time to chat & metaphorically kick some tyres. Leaving Brimore behind we headed back through Masham to complete the circle. All in all a beautiful sunny afternoon, Zeds, good roads, not much traffic, ice cream, & a big thankyou to Ken & Linda for their excellent company & their hospitality at the end of the run when the pub was closed!
