So am I to be honest.. Suppose it's getting used to lights on more modern cars but I do like to see where I'm going..
The lights on my merc are superb, Just the car that's boring lol..=))

Same with me, my 62 plate volvo has fantastic lights.

there are some great reviews of LED headlights online but i couldnt find anything on them in z3s

Ha ha, Just sold the Hard top the car came with so spare money about, May make an expensive bulb purchase in the morning.. Will let you know how I get on dude...

Always do research Mike, Especially on bulbs for £100.. That's why in morning rather then now after 1 or 2 Voddy and Tonics..

Wallet/Drink/Internet................:stop:

As an mot tester I'd be wary of led headlight bulbs as @t-tony will probably tell you generally these types of bulbs unless factory fitted tend to have less than perfect beam patterns and may not be mot passable .

Absolutely Steve, I tried some from eBay and they produced no pattern at all so we're basically useless. I'm most likely to get my lights converted to HD .

Tony.

Wouldn't do an h i d conversion to mine unless changed to after market projector style headlamps a bit too much glare from hid in standard lamp police about here like handing out £100 fine for that my mate got busted in his hid converted peugeot 306

Must admit, had a 318i that was seriously slammed and forgot to put the sticky things on the head lights when I was over in the UK and could not see bugger all on the country roads, the front was so low that even on coming cars did not have a problem and never flashed their lights at me. Destroyed it though over here when I hit a bus, did not see that coming either....
