Just fitted the wheels I picked up on Wednesday and love the way it makes the car look.
A great look there Mr-P, very smart.
the jury is out not sure
Ray I like being different , be a boring world if we were all the same.
Dark wheels don't work a lot of the time, but silver is in my opinion one of the colours that does. Red with black wheels for me is a complete mess.
I wasn't convinced my grey wheels would work with blue, but was pleasantly surprised. Any darker and I would have taken them off again.
Toyed with doing this myself but never got around to might still do it if my LM deal doesn't come off.
It looks ok, but I think black wheels look better on green, red or orange cars.
Nothing wrong with dark wheels
It may sound daft I think the chrome nuts are the problem
why I am differing
I was going to go black and chrome once
My wheels on imola coupe.
I've got black nut caps and think its a good idea if you have silver nuts.
Yes its definitely the nuts
Liam's wheels show that Black nuts finish the wheels off IMHO sorry Mr-P
Lovely Coupe Liam, with the black trim the wheels really compliment the car
I think the black-out looks really good !
Black definitely not on my list of choices for the whole wheel but if I could get something like the old " alleycat " style and paint the centres black with really bright aluminium rims - now that's a different story.
