They normally remove road number plates so in case of an accident the car isn’t so easily recognised.

There was a TV ad in the 1960s for washing powder and it claimed that it was unique in its power to remove 'understains'. This chap needs not only something to remove his understains but also a cure for understeer!

That's why I only did BMW Car Club trackdays so no headbangers - and only ever in sub £1000 cars fitted with proper track day tyres like Toyo 888R's.

Castle Combe is a very fast circuit and you have to get the right line into Quarry - and Avon just before it.

Very easy to overcook it on that bend the first time round (don't ask).
I was there on one BMWDC day when someone totalled their Koenig Ferrari.
FTD was an Opel Ascona- home tuned.
I never took my 733i round but did many happy laps in my 2002 Touring.
Those drift cars are mental.
