How not to use two cranes.....

It was the dog that made the barge tip over... off balanced... honest guv...
 
I remember seeing photos of a crane tipping over into a harbour lifting out something that had run off the harbour wall. A bigger crane was brought in to lift it out. In that went too! Think they got it right on the third attempt - drivers on both occasions managed to jump out without injury.
