They're still way too bright Frankie. Try getting your wife to drive your car and you drive her car and see for yourself. They need banning.

Even a 20 year old halogen headlight will blind other drivers if it's not properly adjusted, same with xenon and LED.
Bright lights are essential to road safety but people should learn to make use of the headlight adjustement control and/or get their headlights adjusted properly.

Many are far to bright. We all want the best headlights for ourselves but many aftermarket bulbs aren't suitable for all cars. Also when in a low car like a zed having someone right behind you with bright lights isn't much fun either.
It’s horrible when you get a car driving behind you with very bright lights As all you can see in your view mirror is a bright light , it seams to light the whole inside your Z up, it strains my eyes so I have to squint lol 
If a car travelling toward me dazzles, it gets the full high beam treatment; one hopes that eventually they will get the message. 
Meeting them from the other firection is the worst of it.
