These are QUPs. I've put back 6EKs which have a slightly longer reach. Bentley manual says QUP for my car but elsewhere says 6EK - confusing.
I can't believe the car ran as well as it did - the central electrode has all but gone on several of these.

......now I've got my glasses on....they are all the same and as far as I can tell they are supposed to have a recessed electrode. I hadn't come across those before - panic over.
