An umbrella would've done a better job than my current one! Thanks again Geoff, much appreciated :D
Well the old roof did not leak all the way to Wales in heavy rain and previous owner said he did 800 miles in the rain and it did not leak

Are you going to fit this yourself? If not you will potentially pay the same to have a second-hand one fitted as it would cost for an all new quality roof (fitted) from someone like Jack Smith in Swansea at around £300.
You can get a new mohair roof including fitted for £700.00 plus VAT (ish).

I had a hood fitted just yesterday at Jack Smiths.

The current price is £330.
Is that a mohair roof like the original on the Z3s? Where is Jack Smiths based?

Jack Smith is much cheaper
I've not heard of Jack Smiths - whereabouts is it? One location or dotted throughout the UK? Sounds a great price!

It’s Mohair. He won’t use PVC/vinyl due to modern UV inhibitors shortening lifespan.

It’s in Swansea. Just a small back street business.

And you're happy with the new roof? Am assuming you've had one...
