I'm Simon and I have just joined though I have had my Roadster for a couple of years. I don't seem to have taken many pictures of it either so will have to rectify that.

I've joined because the roof has failed, something which seems common. Curiously it first gave notice to quit as it left Sytner Newport after an astonishingly expensive service during which nothing significant needed doing but they managed to take a long time doing it. Never again - they didn't seem at all familiar with Alpina.

I live in the Cotswolds so I'm looking for a roof expert who's not too far away.

Hi and welcome from Leicestershire roof motor relocated isn't that expensive or you could have a go yourself, sure someone will be along to point you in the right direction

Hi Simon, welcome from me near Lincoln. Shame your car has developed the common E85 fault. I hope you can get it repaired relatively inexpensively. The Alpina and ///M models do attract quite expensive repairs and service bills but I guess that the price of performance.
