Hi is there anyway to check-test EWS 3 Transmitter Receiver Module before replacing it?

Are you referring to the transponder in the key, the ring antenna round the ignition barrel or the EWS control unit itself?

I have used INPA to successfully read the EWS and key information etc.

Not sure it’s the module that’s at fault here. In fact it’s not clear at all hence my question.

But I don’t think INPA can read off everything in the EWS. When making a new transponder it’s necessary to do a direct read from the chip with the AK90 at least to get the master security data.

But certainly INPA can query the module and check for error codes. It can also do a rolling code sync.

And I’m not sure anything would have diagnosed the sticking starter relay issue I had as it sits outside of diagnostic control.

Might be better if the OP says what his problem is.
