About two months ago I managed to get a green 1998 1.9 L Z3 and I'm having a great time driving about the countryside. It's a great car with lots of pep and a neat-sounding muffler.

My wife and I went to a weekend of SteamPunk at Sherbrooke Village a few days after getting it. Drove four hours both ways with the top down — fantastic! Storage, with all our paraphernalia, was tight!-) It gets lots of attention on the road and when parked.

One concern: a tiny leak where the door, window, roof meet. It can, over time, put quite a bit of water on my seat. Any ideas?

I would like a tonneau cover though I appear to be managing without so far.

A very warm welcome @Ron,

They really are addictive cars these Zeds ;). Some pictures of yours would be nice.

The leak you refer to generally needs the tiny hole where the top of the screen/door meets filled. Silicone sealant, or whatever you can get where you are! Will try and get you a picture in a bit so you can see it.

Gary

Pictures as promised, assuming this is the issue you describe ;)

This side has already been "fixed"

Welcome from me too. I have a tonneau cover but have never used it. To much hassle as far as I am concerned with our climate but here is a guide on the quickest way to fit one.

:welcome: from me too. I also have a cover I've never used, as HT says unpredictable weather.
