Welcome Paul, glad to have both you and your zed collection on here!

Nothing marmite at all about red interior, I'd rather it than my blue interior being honest but couldn't find a decent one when I was looking.

Shout if you have any questions, Gary

Nice Z4, also like the older SLK's, my brothers after a Z4 now, 7year oldish 3ltr under £10,000.
Love the wheels on you wife's Z3, mine are in the wheel shop getting polished right now.
Hope they look like this when finished.

Hi Paul and welcome from near Lincoln, I almost got a Merc when I was looking for something else a few years ago. I settled on a Z and I'm very happy I did as I then stumbled across this bunch of nutters. I feel right at home, it's great.;)

Tony.

thanks for the welcome everyone the wheels on the 3 were a set I bought with tyres new from ebay a few years back think I paid about £700 they are staggered 18s . unfortunately the polished lips are now quite badly tarnished and are proving to be difficult to diy polish out so may be getting changed for a set of refurbed style108s I have just bought. (depends what the mrs thinks of the 108s though) she hasn't seen them yet her birthday is the weekend so im keeping them under wraps until then

:welcome: from me to in Mansfield. Have you been on .net in the past? The SLK looks familiar. Anyways it's good here, lots of nice people, plenty of banter, lots of things organised if that's your thing. Meets, cruises etc. Oh and you may get some techy info if needed too! Enjoy the forum. :)

Welcome from South Yorkshire. Nice pair of Z's you have.

They're a daft lot on here so (assuming you like a daft lot) you'll feel right at home.

We also swapped from an SLK to a Zed..............No regrets there.

This might be of interest to you - https://zroadster.org/threads/newby-hall-sunday-10-05-15.6886/ I'm guessing it will be less than an hour from you.

Hi Paul, are the lips polished or chromed? If they are polished check out the thread on cleaning and polishing wheels from a couple of weeks ago where I make suggestions for the DIYer on what and how to polish your wheels successfully. Feel free to PM me if you feel you need more info, JIM
