2 days into Z3 ownership. Bought a 2.8 late.98 roadster, jet black with red leather. Only driven 10 miles so far, but cleaned a lot.
Looking forward to learning all about him / her ( undecided ).

Since offered, quick couple of questions, an I right in thinking all 2.8's are widebodied ? Also I have a B / C marked on the end of the indicators stalk, what should it do ?
Cheers

Operates the trip computer/clock on the central console
Mk1 all 2.8 wide bodied. Mk11 all models share the slightly less wide body with the exception of the Z3M

Ok, cheers for the quick reply. I'm don't think my centre console is standard ! It's metallic with some switches that don't appear to do anything and a small digital clock ? Photo tomorrow, dark now !

the small digital clock does temperature. MPG, distance to empty and the time of course
the console normally has the heated seats when fitted and the ASC/ABS switch

Wow , ok. I guess staring at the dash whilst pressing the button was never going to work then
I’ll have a better look tomorrow, it does have the ASC , but sadly not heated seats.
Many thanks again.
