I've just joined today after recently purchasing a 1998 Z3 2.8 Roadster as a donor car to then build a AC Cobra kit car. Sorry to all you purist's out there ,but at least I'm keeping one running and still on the road!!!! I am after a FRONT LOWER STRUT BRACE CROSS MEMBER X ENGINE GUARD, if anyone can help & has one in good condition with postage or collection from Halifax, West yorks.

Hi Mick, welcome from me too near Lincoln. The way I look at the "kit" builds is at the very least it always provides some sought after used bloody panels and stuff to keep other Z3s going and you get to build a special car for yourself. Good luck with it and please keep us posted.

Hi Tony, thanks for the welcome as well. Yes its swings and roundabouts with stripping a car to make a ''kit'' build isn't it? Yes i'll keep you posted as well with the build. I'm initially going over the car & getting it mechanically sorted before starting the build, so it may take me some time and money before it reaches completion!!!!!
