Hi Bonzo, yep, my name is big in the States, but not so big here in the UK. I wouldn't smoke the horrid stuff myself I must add, I value my lungs too much! I've just been reading some of the technical articles on this site, and found them really useful and informative. I must reset my service indicator next time I open the bonnet, and maybe I'll actually change the oil and filters at the same time!

Yes, there is a wealth of info to be had here and indeed, all very useful. It has enabled me to do lots of work on Z3lda, the most ambitious being replacing the sills which looked okay, but were very rusty underneath. Also my chum Malcolm after seeing my Z3 said he HAD to have one himself. I felt that with all the tips and info I had gleaned from the knowledge base and the experience gained from owning Z3lda I could offer to inspect any Z3 that took his fancy. After a while he found one in Ilford that he liked the look of, so I made up a checklist and went down with him to look it over, and under! I stipulated that I would need to view the underside on a garage lift, which was arranged during my inspection. It was in excellent condition, with just a little paint work required, and so now Malcolm has 'Ruby', a Beautiful Sienna Red 2.2 with matching interior on his drive.
I hope you have lots of fun and enjoyment with your Z3, they are very pleasing to the eye and such fun to own a drive.
