Not yet a “Z” owner but working on it
After (very) many happy years on two wheels I have been “persuaded” that its in my best interest to give up riding so I’m looking to graduate to a “4 wheel ‘bike”.
I want to get a Z3, 2.0 or 2.2 - just love a straight six!
I’d appreciate any advice on what I should be looking out for to avoid any pitfalls when I take the plunge.

Hi and welcome, go for a 2.8 as if you don't you will more then likely want one in the future, I had a 2.0l and it just didn't cut it for me and red line was my best freind, it didn't half look good though

Hi and welcome from Southport, near Liverpool. :welcome: I recently bought a 2.0 and it's a great car but I will always hanker after a 2.8. Don't get me wrong, I'm perfectly happy with my 2.0 but will always wonder when I put my foot down what a 2.8's like?

Hi and welcome from Australia... I have the 2.2i and whilst it's a great car I would much rather the 3.0.... given the option.
