Hi One and All.
Just thought I'd introduce myself.
I'm Wayne ( friends call me wayner ) based in Kent, with a 98 2.8 Z3.
I've had him just about a year, and i'm hooked.
He was in a bit of a state when i first got him with quite a few dents and a ruined paint job.
Ive had a new roof put on, along with new tyres as it had 2 run flats and bald tyres on when i got it!!
Angel eye upgrades, and de ginger all the way around.
I've twice now resprayed the car myself with Plastidip, which is kind of a liquid plastic that anyone can do, and just peels off when you want to remove it.
I was never happy with the colours and dont want to spend £2500 on a full respray so am currently wrapping the car myself.
I love the colour and i am doing it one panel at a time and around work / life etc, so he doesn't exactly look great at the moment!
I have also just got some new self adjusting coilovers which i will get fitted at some stage.
Thats about it so far, but will not be the end of it no doubt..
Day 1
First colour using Plastidip. Gun Metal Grey .... apparently !!!
Second respray this time silver
Now onto the metallic blue wrap
