Try Opie Oils on line..you’ll get everything you need there for a service at a good price. Tyres..Avon ZV7 work very well on a Z3 and are good midrange price wise.

Welcome to the Forum, all you will ever need to know can be found on here.
As we are Worldwide its a good idea to update your User details to show your location and exact model of your car so these details appear to the left of your posts. It assists us in answering questions and saves you typing them in each time you post a thread.

In answer to your questions here are some pointers
Use Real oem parts site to find part numbers and diagrams for all parts for your particular model using the last seven letters and numbers of your Vin number. Link here: https://www.realoem.com/bmw/en/select

As to oils and filters as suggested Opie Oils are a good supplier for oils and filters https://www.opieoils.co.uk/
Depending on mileage of your car, low use 5W30 Fully Synthetic, high mileage cars use 5W40 Fully synthetic.
Filter Brands are numerous, some only come with the main cap O ring others include the small O rings that fit on the bottom of the filter stem, these prevent the oil draining back to the sump so the filter housing remains full for the next start of the engine. Always a good idea to change these when oil changes are made. Filters usually include a sump plug washer as well. Example filter kit link here on ebay https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/335452977560?fits=Car+Make:BMW|Model:Z3&_skw=BMW+Z3+oil+filter&itmmeta=01JC5TJ44CR52R58CMSKJFTSYP&hash=item4e1a8e3998:g:xsAAAOSw8D1mdll1&itmprp=enc:AQAJAAAA8HoV3kP08IDx+KZ9MfhVJKm8X11xR2vjnq4fSGASi2/HrEnNwmfhXOIKwQ/2FiTqegl6O1dZNgx3ePjMwMggn9Xs9OujGFAr2uhJY4O9GvjIowx45/EG1hVM0XIakFCg/uC7vy+vUANiJTG4Kfo+cDQg+jyxMBVnctaEe6QyOW6aIGT62cEOBqEcTPjTNjr61UIasmV6VcVF1BA50P4gazBlUsPkAfuaFywmHyEE/yGlOSAl0tZfwbDVGpkMBJyqa6PKUu0BbtQ9S5/gj3yFCei4zP9OmRKwaIgC3+jtFP0T0gbIut36wCXU2czJlFVqxw==|tkp:Bk9SR6TCyLrhZA

Spark plugs either Bosch or NGK, I seem to go for NGK when I need any.

Brakes pads and discs and calipers can be sourced from all the usual parts retailers like Europarts, Carparts4less (Web only part of Europarts and usually cheaper for same brands) Partsinmotion https://www.partsinmotion.co.uk/ seem pretty competitive, they also sell on ebay as well as their own site. Eicher and Pagid brands for Discs and Pads are a popular choice. Autodoc here https://www.autodoc.co.uk/ is also a poular parts supplier their site will search on BMW part numbers which is useful. Downside is that delivery can be around a week from them as they seem to ship from Berlin but they do offer a vast range of Brand options and prices.

Tyres, not a subject expert on these but I go for mid range tyres given the limited mileage my Z3 and Z4 do. I always compare prices with my local tyre companies and the likes of Black Circles on the Web who supply and fit through local companies if you buy online from them. https://www.blackcircles.com/

Sensors, if you ever have to replace any sensors then always go for oem brand ones like Bosch or Seimens, do not buy cheap pattern parts, they rarely work or last long if they do.

Tools: Best invest in a decent code reader, popular choice is the Creator 310+ together with a 20pin to 16pin obd2 cable changer to plug it into the round diagnostic socket in the engine bay. Decent Socket set and some additional Torx sockets and torx bits should set you up for general work on the car. A low profile jack and some axle stands should see you right.
