For some reason I'm having a problem on here on some occasions. If I'm looking on 'Z gallery' for example, then go to another section and want to make a comment , I suddenly find I'm logged off and have to log in again. This problem with staying logged in has only been happening recently, any obvious reason????

Yep, it happens to a few other forum members as well.
Which provider are you using and are you using mobile or PC?

I suddenly find I'm logged off and have to log in again.
Various reasons, does it only happen on one specific device or any particular web browser? Some idea of what you are using would help! It will likely be cookie/cache related so I may be able to give you a few things to do. Also, check that your date/time are correct on your device.

I've been clicking on posts and getting different pages but not getting logged out .
?? I'd need to know what you clicked on, and what you got instead. There was an issue like this a long time ago which was caused by Crapatalk, but I ditched that hateful thing years back...

I only have my PC and I generally use Chrome. This 'logging out' only happens occasionally, but it's odd. It happens (not all the time) when I look at a thread and then go to 'like' etc, or reply. When I do that it then says, "You must be logged in to do this" or words to that effect and I find that I'm logged out.

I usually use my laptop and Firefox and have never had any problems. I occasionally use my I phone with Chrome, (Safari is crap) again no problems.

I've found chrome to be tempremental with Windows 10.
Had to uninstall and reinstall it just yesterday because of issues.
Chromes over zealous warnings of non https sites is annoying too.
Bit has some good features too so I use both Chome and Internet Explorer as needed on my Windows 10 machine.

This is weird,I just logged in on here and clicked to read @Dino D post and immediately I was logged off. Obviously I have now logged in again and read the post without any problems.

try uninstalling chrome and using internet explorer.

I noticed that since putting chrome on a windows 10 machine it started doing strange things on websites I need to login to.

Must be some fight between google and Microsoft...

I had a similar problem earlier in the week. I couldn't stay logged in. I'm on a laptop, internet explorer and windows 10. It's been OK since the glitch

That's only going to get stricter on all browsers, firefox for one is joining the party. It's actually a good thing despite being annoying, it's why we've been running on HTTPS for so long - I spotted the curve ;)

Ddi you confirm the date/time is correct on your machine? Being even a few minutes out can cause aggro.

We're finding that Chrome causes no end of problems at work. It spawns lots of processes that doesn't help. We've also got an antivirus problem with it too. I suspect your problem might also related to your anti-virus protection. Not sure what the fix might be. There's likely to be something buried in the system logs that might be a pointer.

It can be the anti-virus program itself doing things that impacts Chrome.
Do you have Internet Explorer or another program to try?

I have Internet Explorer as well as Chrome, but tend to find Chrome faster so I generally use that. I never have any problems with it except this recent problem on this site.

I run chrome on windows 10 and have never ever had any problems with it. I also have Windows Edge as a back up and just find that even though it is new it seems very dated
