Help with changing lights from R/H to L/H. Can it be done without new lights?

I am going to matriculate my Z3 3.0 to Portuguese registration.
Obviously, because they drive on the other side the lights need to light up the other side of the road.
Using conversation stickers isn’t acceptable.
Will I need to buy lights from Europe and that will fit a LHD car or is there another way?
Some Audi’s I gather have the ability to electronically change.
Perhaps the z3 is too old for that technology?

Look up a LHD and RHD Z3 in RealOEM, it will tell you for sure via having different part numbers for the head lights.

Having looked at aftermarket Z3 headlights on e-bay for a while, I can tell you that the majority of them are for LHD Z3's.
