I'm afraid these are "consumables" - had three on my MC in 13 years, they rust at the welds, then leak. Think last one cost about £80, likely more now.:(

Regarding the oil cooler, it’s only a bent tube with a couple of brackets welded.
Try a local sheet metal worker or engineering company to see if they could copy it in stainless steel.
It won’t cost any more and it will last a lot longer
