Hello, I've recently bought a 1999 Z3 Roadster 1.9 in Azure Blue and I am based in Cheshire England.

I've owned 6 BMW 3 series over the last 20 years and thought the Z3 looked quite easy to own. I've bought one with low mileage and seems to have been quite well cared for, but needs some trim fixing and a new thermostat (and water pump probably), the front speakers of the radio don't work and I'm not sure the alarm is actually working.

Jobs done so far have been to fix a faulty passenger seat motor and seat switch, overhaul the rear brakes, fix a seatbelt guide and make some trim blanking plates.

I'll post some information on the last two fixes shortly.
