We live in Geraldine a small town in the South Island, you may well have passed through. Hope you enjoyed New Zealand
It was our second visit to NZ and we are already planning our next trip. We love NZ and yes we passed through Geraldine on our route from Mt. Hutt to Mt. Cook Village. We also passed through on our last trip in 2014. You are not very far away from @Murray Wall, he's in Timaru and we hooked up with him while we were there.
Cheers, Dave

Well next time you come you’ll have to drop by and say hi.
Or stay we have a cottage on our property we rent out on Air BnB that is very reasonable and people love staying here a couple of nights after the long flight from the UK as it is so quiet and peaceful.
Glad you enjoy NZ
Had my first proper drive of the Z3 yesterday, to Timaru to buy a dust cover for the car. It lives in our garage, as per my photos, but I make model aircraft and it would get spray dust from my airbrush over it otherwise and our cat also sleeps in there at night.

Hi David

Welcome to the forum from Shirley and I in Timaru. That's a nice looking 2.8 Z3 you have there. Drop by the next time you are in Timaru and we can talk cars etc. I do all of my own servicing for the 3 BMW's in the family, so can answer many questions and give you pointers for minor improvements etc.

Regards

Murray

These cars really do look good in white David. The only one I've seen "in the flesh" was in Florida outside a Walmart store. You should be very pleased with it.

Tony.

Yes I really like the white, I think that’s what attracted me when a friend sent me the picture of it. Thank you

Hi there,
Purchased a 1999 Z3 2.8 yesterday in excellent condition and spent yesterday and today cleaning it.
This one was for the Japanese market so all the manuals are in Japanese so I need to access an English version so I can work a few final bits out.
Look forward to keeping up with things here.
Cheers
David
