Hi Everyone.

We bought our Zed a few years ago, but only attended our first club event yesterday ... the Silverstone Classic Zedfest.

We met some lovely people, and had a super time.

A big thank you to the organisers ... that took a lot of work.

Hope to meet again at future Zed events.

Viv and Kelvin

Hi,
Having just bought a Z3 it was my first time at an event with Z owners too. Everyone seemed really helpful and my son and I had a lovely time. I managed to obtain advice about a metallic clonk...which I've experienced on braking.. As it happens the advice lead to me fixing the problem so thanks to Ian or Graham, the brake pad had delaminated from the metal backing. I fitted new disks and pads for £80 and she is now silent as a mouse! Hope you are well Pete....is was good to meet you and your wife.

Hey Saxman,

I am the Ian who you spoke to, so my guess at delaminated pads was spot on then :D

Glad you are now sorted and can get around to driving your zed with confidence. When you get chance post some pictures up we like to see each others pride and joys on here.

Hi,
I know that we spoke about how great your car looked at Silverstone. I will be leaving my Z3 outside this winter and wondered if you could let me know what cover you used as clearly it did a great job!
Best wishes,
David

Hi Pete, I just wondered what make and model cover you have used. I've heard that they can catch your paint work but your Z3 looked immaculate!
