Hey Joe, welcome to a great forum. I'm heading to your side of the pond soon, we have a place in Florida. This is a great source of info and some friendly banter too. Enjoy it and your car.:)
Cheers, Tony.

Show us some photo's of your car when you can please.

Oh, by the way @joeshark, there will be a Canadian comes along shortly to tell you all about the things you never dreamed of about snow. (@oldcarman)
:welcome: from me too. The Canadian should also be able to advise you how not to lose your car for a few months as well;)

Hi from Canada where it hardly ever snows for more than 20-30 straight days and never on our day of summer, at least not most years anyway. As each snowflake is a unique shape I collect them and last winter was an exceptionally good year for collectors as there were approx 75-79 trillion in my front yard alone. Unfortunately I don't presently have facilities to keep and catalogue them all I constantly have to start the collection over and over. I tried building an enclosure cutting ice from the river which runs behind my home but that only presented new problems which I have yet to overcome. Any suggestions you may have will be greatly appreciated. And, if I can answer any questions you may have about snow please feel free to ask away. Please send them via personal messages through either Zedonist or Hardtop who screen all my queries to help eliminate unwarranted comments from those that are prejudiced against snow. Jim

And soon Jim will know what it's lie to drive a Z3 in the snow. ( It's not good I can vouch for that)

I love driving it in the snow but the Smart car was even more fun due to its SWB.

I liked driving mine in the snow, but I didn't like the idiot who wanted to be 2 ft from my arse in these conditions, so, at every bend I floored it and made the back end kick out and eventually the idiot got the message and backed off. The next morning our drive looked like this.:(

Trinity is back and it stopped raining long enough to take her for her first ride. Don't know which of us had the biggest grin!! We both loved it and so have the other 1/2 dozen people that have taken it for a drive. Got a few things to sort out but under it all this car is really in good condition. I think the hood cleaning tore up the stitching around the window so I need to get a new top, which was in the plan anyway just not right away. Have a brand new zip in still in UK but if I'm taking the top off to restitch it may as we'll change it. JIM
