Hi Zoe and welcome to the forum - red is a spectacular colour for the Z3
It might be an idea to get your suspension geometry checked before you drive too far though.
The Z3 is known to have scrubbing issues with the high camber angles of the rear tyres but your fronts look a little bit out to me
