I was a member here some time ago when the Home Comings were still going on at the BMW plant. For health reasons I am selling my 2001 M Roadster and I thought someone here might be interested.
2001 BMW M Roadster, Gray with black interior and hardtop. This car has the S54 315 horsepower engine and is a blast to drive. The only options for the M Roadster, besides colors, were alarm and hardtop and it has both. Phatbox MP3 system, which works thru the factory radio and a Battery Tender were added to the car. I bought the car in 2004 and it resides in my climate controlled garage. She has 37,000 miles on her and has not been mistreated. All maintenance has been kept up and she has a new set of tires. She does get driven at least once a month to keep everything in good working order. She has a few light scratches from use and some marks on the wheels ,from tires being mounted, no curb rash.
On 09/29/2015 Crown BMW of Greensboro performed the BMW Inspection One. This is a complete inspection of the entire car’s components including the valve settings and the Double Vanos. $1,433.65 Everything passed. They also flushed the brake fluid. I can provide a copy of the inspection upon request.
The car also comes with all the books and maintenance records.
