I’m looking to lower mine in the future, would you recommend springs or full coilovers?

As I said I fitted the Eibach springs on my 3.0 Harry, but, I sold the original Sport springs from my car onto my friends 2.0 E85 and it handled great with these fitted. My car only had 16,500 miles on it when I bought it 4 years ago at 13 years old, so I was happy to fit just springs and utilise the original shockers.
