Headlight adjusters

Hi All,
I’ve got pair of headlights in for sale section,which came as spares from my previous Z3 as previous owners had fitted angel eyes,so I don’t know history.
Been asked if adjusters are ok,I don’t know how they work but metal pins look well corroded,see photos,I’ve wd40 but not tried any force.
If this looks terminal I’ll just bin them as I only want someone to get good use from them.
Any advice greatly appreciated,

They do have a habit of jamming, but they are also fairly easy to free off when they do. I’m sure there’s a “How To” on here somewhere.

Done a few now. Lots of WD40 and use a pair of pliers and gently start teasing them free, if you are gentle and patient they will free up.
