headlamp washer cap

Does my z4 2003 have the headlamp washers which appear, and squeeze water on the lences.It has the caps below the headlights,but i havent witnessed them operating?

Probably disconnected, mine have been. From what I’ve read they leak Just about anywhere, in the case of mine from the actual jets, so over the course of an hour or 2 the drain the reservoir.
