Head bolts

can any one tell me what torque down pressure is for the head bolts, and the sequence it would be appreciated. Also the camshaft cover bolts would be useful.

This is out of the Bentleys manual for 4 cylinder engines

Not a good picture but just about readable


Camshaft cover is 10Nm (7ft-lb). It doesnt give an order but I did mine from the centre and work outwards and its been ok.
