Managed to find a hardtop to match my cars body colour but no idea what to offer - it has a few age related marks and does not have the rear window heater switch or cabling.

Can anyone advise me on what it's worth? Thanks
 
Rear demister switch from BMW about £120. Hard top fitting kit (Rare as rocking horse S**t) whatever the market decides but probs around £200. Hard top in good nick with all the necessary bits is usually about a grand. What colour is your car?

It's Boston Green - seller is willing to take £775 which based on what you've said seems like a good deal

Having seen a few for sale the asking price seems reasonable.
 
If that includes the hardtop kit then it's a reasonable price. I have a hardtop but haven't fitted the loom so the demister is not wired in and I've not missed it. As long as the screen is clean you should be fine
 
Is this just the HT no switch/loom and no fixing kit? If so that a bit expensive imo. If it includes the fixing kit it's near enough.
