This morning I've been and collected the Hard Top I bought from @ZedLeppelin on here a few weeks ago.

Looking good. A bit of wind noise to fettle out and then sort the minor damage on the corner and respray.

Anyone on here done repairs and respray of their HT?

Looks cool with the h.t fitted Ian, lucky to get one the same colour as well .

Hopefully today I'll get my h.t fitting kit on and try out the lid if I can get someone to help me lift it.

It's a two man job and needs careful positioning. It looks a completely different car - almost coupe like from the front. I like it.
Good luck with yours Steve.

Little point in taking it off. The car is kept outdoors and already has green algae in the seams despite being cleaned 6 weeks ago. It'll help keep that at bay.
Having said that it will be removed briefly in a few weeks while the roof motor ir relocated to the boot.
I'd need one of the boys to help me take it off anyway and neither of them is likely to be home before Christmas anyway. Decision is made for me.

It is a state. Not had a chance to clean it for 6 weeks. Got 4 lined up to be done tomorrow.

No, just leave your wind deflector on, did that with my Z3, cuts out head light glare as well.
It's still on. Never thought to take it off. Not sure there's space to get it out now so it may well be staying.

I have the same problem Ian. Weather permitting the jet washer will be out!

You can get the wind blocker out with the soft top up so the HT shouldn't be any different. Just slide the latches, lift up 1/2" and pull towards you.

Tony.

Yes, I have had mine repaired and resprayed Ian.

Any tips, ask away!
