Found H K sub grill

After pondering building a sub box for the last couple of years I am finally going for it so could do with the mesh cover off the H K system, (the part that replaces the cubby), could have had one off @mrscalex but changed my mind.
I'm actually at a point for the first time in Z ownership where I feel my car is complete and need to do this to stop me getting another project which would mean selling the 2.8 which I am considering by the way

Once I’m done with my current projects (a while yet) there’s only 2 more big builds I’d consider. A Z3M rebuild or a Z8 kit build off a Z4. Hate kits normally but can’t pretend that one doesn’t appeal to me.

Thanks pal, just took a close look at the kit amd IMO it looks p*** poor, I had a few years as a laminator, no expert but doesn't look good at all

I did notice the price of the kit had fallen quite a bit, maybe that's the reason Sean. Either way it looks as though it's a long shot mate. Shame all the same.

There was a DNA 250 California kit for sale recently. They go for £80k-£90k when finished.
As you’re a perfectionist Sean, I know you could do one to that standard.
I have a 3.0 that I may do at sometime/ when I have built the new unit and booth.

Thats something I am considering in the near future pal, probably 18 monts time as I plan on going part time when I can hit my pension

When you’re ready give me a shout. I know Richard who sold Nubodi, he may be able to get a deal on one of those kits but the DNA ones are hyper rare. I saw one for sale but I can’t find it anymore.
There was talk of a 275 kit for the z which I think is nicer but the final sale price is related to the genuine article price. Ie the 250 commands a higher price than the 275 so a rep 250 does too. Mr GreenGrass is a bit of an expert on em.
They only seem to command a high price if the interior is done properly and everything BMW is replaced.

Thought I'd bite the bullet and ring my local BMW dealership today, only £36 for a spanker, its in Germany though so will take a week
