I can see that a small clue is required here. The cables which are joined by the green connectors feed the 3rd brake light.

And, it's removable for MOT time. Centre brake light 3 quick flashes, 3 slow flashes then on.

I had to fit those too Shelley and add the wiring there was nothing on my car. On my VW Touareg they were fitted and i just had the change them over for the VW logo ones.

I just thought they came as standard
Obviously not
No logo door lights for me then

Even though to the letter of the law the high level stop lamp not part of mot .
