Unfortunately we had the bad news last night that the doctors in America don't think they can do anything else to help Dawson. I have attached a link below from his mum asking to still carry on as planned just incase there is a breakthrough in treatment and if not the funds will go to other children with the same illness. I hope everyone that has or it intends to donate is ok with this.

Myself, Jue, and Jack (the offsping) are doing the Mansfield 10km run two weeks today to try and raise a few £'s for a young boy from Mansfield called Dawson who is in desperate need of help as he is fighting a rare form of cancer and needs to go to America for treatment. The target required to do this hasn't yet been reached. This is going to hurt us all as none of us are really at the 10km level yet but if we can do our bit to help then let's push ourselves, 5km would have been a bit of a cop out as we are all capable of doing that.
If anyone would like to donate however small I have put the link in below. Anything at all will be gratefully received.

@t-tony has kindly said he's more than happy for us to bring a "bucket" to his cruise next Sunday. We will do this if people would prefer to give a few coins than go online to pledge. We will NOT be going round rattling a tin as I think that is unfair but maybe place it on the bar in the swan for an hour.
